'ODA" - in the Albanian tradition - refers to a typical large room used by the host to welcome, feed, and entertain the guests. "Oda" welcomes everyone, whether they are family, friends, neighbors, unknown passengers, or enemies, and treats everyone to the highest respect and the warmest welcoming, making them feel a part of the family.

ODA Restaurant is a premier new-American restaurant in the Hudson Valley. Established in 2022, it is the place where people from Fishkill, Wappingers Falls, and all over Hudson Valley meet to enjoy our delicious dishes and comfortable atmosphere. As the name suggests, the mission of ODA Restaurant is to implement everything "Oda" stands for, by offering hospitality, respect, and the warmest welcoming on top of our delicious food and great service. ODA is more than a restaurant. ODA is who we are. ODA is our tradition and has no meaning without its valued guests.
